Extended Grace Home Care

is a non-skilled home care agency and therefore we cannot accept any Medicaid/Medicare insurances at this time. We only accept private pay and workers comp clients. If you or your loved one is a veteran or surviving spouse of a veteran and cannot afford care we may have an option for you! Give us a call to discuss these options, our rates and services.
